In order to purposefully structure an engagement strategy that connects IMES students within an organization into ongoing professional learning and development relationships, IMES designs a corporate mentor program. We wish each IMES student talent would be benefited to independently identify growth areas and find relevant, valuable, ongoing learning opportunities from individuals who have relevant and shareable experiences and insights.
