Billy Huang 黃孟平 received his bachelor’s degree in Public Finance from National Chengchi University. While he studied at IMES, he went to Bangkok University of Thailand as an exchange student. After receiving his master’s degree, he became a Management Associate (MA) at E. Sun Commercial Bank 玉山銀行
