Sam Chang 張哲旭 joined IMES right after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Chengchi University. Prior to college, Sam studied at Bangkok’s international school because his parents did business in Thailand. Because of this special experience, Sam can speak fluent English. Sam enjoyed his graduate student life at IMES. He met many good friends and his other half. In order to strengthen his global mobility capability, he went to UK to pursue another master’s degree at University of Bristol. After finishing two graduate studies, he became a management associate (MA) at Taishin International Bank. Recently, he moved to Hong Kong to work at HK branch of Taishin Bank.
