Julio Linares spent six years at National Chengchi University. He received bachelor’s degree in Economics and master’s degree in Applied Economics and Social Development. His main interest of research at that time was related to basic income. In order to conduct more researches on basic income, he pursued another master’s degree at London School of Economics (LSE). After obtaining two master’s degrees, he moved to Berlin to serve as a cofounder of a startup company named CirclesUBI. The company provides a basic income on blockchain.
